Company Policies

(Applicable to all Projects, Booking Forms, Allotment Letters, Agreements to Sale and Sale Deeds)

1️. Booking / Allotment Policy

• All bookings shall be accepted only through the company’s authorized office against an official receipt.
• The booking amount paid shall be adjusted against the total sale consideration.
• Allotment of plot/flat/unit shall be subject to availability and receipt of the booking amount.
• The company reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of incorrect information, non-payment, or violation of terms.
• An Allotment Letter shall be issued after fulfillment of booking conditions.

2️. Payment Schedule Policy

• The total sale consideration shall be payable as per the payment schedule mentioned in the Booking Form / Agreement.
• Payments may be made through Cheque, Demand Draft, RTGS, NEFT, or other approved banking channels.
• Delay in payment may attract late payment charges as decided by the company.
• Continued non-payment beyond the stipulated period may result in cancellation of allotment.

3️. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The allottee may request cancellation by submitting a written application.
• Cancellation charges shall be deducted as per company norms mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Refund, if applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable time after applicable deductions.
• No interest shall be payable on the refunded amount.

4️.Agreement to Sale / Sale Deed Policy

• The Agreement to Sale shall be executed after receipt of payments as per the agreed schedule.
• The Sale Deed shall be executed only after full and final payment of the sale consideration.
• Stamp duty, registration charges, and statutory taxes shall be borne by the purchaser.
• Registration shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of Madhya Pradesh.

5️. Possession Policy

• Possession of the plot/unit shall be handed over after completion of development work and clearance of all dues.
• Possession shall be subject to statutory approvals and force majeure conditions.
• Delay caused due to reasons beyond the company’s control shall not attract any penalty or compensation.

6️. Development & Amenities Policy

• The project shall be developed as per the approved layout plan.
• Proposed amenities may include internal roads, drainage, electricity, water supply, and open spaces.
• Development work is subject to government approvals and availability of resources.
• Specifications and amenities may vary depending on site conditions and statutory requirements.

7️. Transfer / Resale Policy

• Any transfer of the allotted plot/unit prior to registration shall require prior written permission from the company.
• Transfer charges shall be applicable as per company policy.
• All outstanding dues must be cleared before transfer.
• Post-registration resale shall be governed by applicable laws.

8️. Legal & Documentation Policy

• The company assures that the land title is clear and marketable as per available records.
• Purchasers are advised to verify all documents independently.
• The company shall not be responsible for misuse or misinterpretation of documents.

9️. Customer Grievance Redressal Policy

• The company shall endeavor to resolve grievances within a reasonable time.
